- budget & cost control;
- relationships with banks & forfeitures (opening and negotiation of L/C; financial management; project cash flow; temporary financing for project execution; ...);
- procurement contracts with suppliers of equipment, technology, services;
- drafting and negotiation of contracts (or consolidation previous agreements) for supply of engineering services, special equipment, turn-key plant construction, joint venture.

Technical management:
- co-ordination of internal & external resources;
- tender issue;

- relationships with forwarding companies, transports management.

Technical-commercial Assistance

Post-sales technical assistance:
- production & maintenance plans;
- periodic visits;

- analysis & individuation of sale market and definition of off-take agreements;
- assistance to key personnel & managers recruitment;
